Privacy Policy

1. What the App Does

Konkurssit allows users to search and view bankruptcy and corporate restructuring notices based on open data published by PRH. The app may also query the YTJ company API to show company suggestions when searching by company name.

2. Data Processed by the App

The app may store data locally on your device, such as selected theme settings, saved place filters, favorite places, notification preferences, temporary cached results, cached municipality and alias data, and tokens used to open new items inside the app.

3. Personal Data

The app does not provide account registration, user profiles, or a dedicated backend for collecting personal user data. The app does not sell personal data and does not use user data for advertising.

4. Notifications

If you enable notifications, the app can compare newly fetched public notice data with previously cached data on your device and notify you about matching new items based on your notification settings. Notification settings are stored locally on the device.

5. Network Requests and Third-Party Services

The app connects to PRH open data services and the YTJ company API to retrieve public business notice data and company suggestions. The app may also open external links, such as source pages, support pages, privacy policy pages, or external company search pages, when you explicitly choose to do so.

6. Data Retention

App settings and cached data are stored locally on your device. You can remove this data by deleting the app from your device.
